Peter Crawford has finally decided to return to where it all became for him. Crawford, originally from Mt Isa will return to the Townsville Crocodiles for the upcoming 2009/10 season, the club where he spent his first five years before heading west to Perth.In other news Melbourne Tigers have released Stephen Hoare will it seems Tommy Greer has told the club he is looking elsewhere. |

Ricky Rubio is hungry for the NBA but his Spanish club team is not feeling so charitable.- It seems that potential top five NBA draft pick Ricky Rubio and his Spanish club DKV Joventut cannot come to an amicable buyout. While the NBL is trying to recapture it's swagger from the 90's don't think for a minute other basketball leagues around the world have not taken their hits as well.
I happened to stumble across this very intersting article that concerntrates on the Euroleague and how it is trying to shape itself to compete with soccer (football) in Europe.
